 Terms and Warranties 

  • Standard Payment Terms: Major Credit Cards, C.O.D., Wire Transfer

  • Prices are subject to change. Quotes will be honored for thirty days.

  • Purchase orders may be arranged for government and university customers.

  • Mass Multimedia reserves the right to require partial pre-payment for special orders or quantity orders.

  • Please notify Mass Multimedia of any damaged goods within 48 hours of delivery. Defective merchandise will either be repaired or replaced for the same or comparable item.

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. A 15% restock fee may apply to any returned items.

  • An RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be assigned for all returns and warranty items. Items may not be accepted without RMA number.

  • Warranty or return items must be sent to Mass Multimedia freight prepaid. Mass Multimedia cannot accept any freight postage due.

  • All products come with a one year warranty including parts and labor unless otherwise specified. Warranty service will be provided from service locations within the US. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks with shipping time for warranty returns.

  • Warranty items will be returned at our cost by UPS ground service within the United States. Faster shipment such as overnight service or international service can be arranged, at the customers expense.
